Here are some detail shots of a frame I recently completed. The first photos show the lugs I cut next to identical lugs that haven't been modified. You can see what I had to work with, and how I changed it. The second group of pictures show the lugs after the frame has been built and the lugs have been thinned and polished. These lugs are made of stainless steel so the head lugs and the fork crown will be left unpainted. I'll get some more pictures up after the bike has been painted.
